Orbit reads calendars available on your Android device. The information needed to draw your time enters Orbit and remains within the app.

The ad-supported Free candidate has no Orbit account or separate analytics. Network access is limited to consent and two labelled advertisements in Week and Agenda.

Your Android calendar

When Android grants permission, Orbit reads visible occurrence dates, times, titles, calendar names, display colours and locations locally to show them in the wheel, Week and Agenda. It does not read event descriptions, attendee details or unused timezone metadata. Calendar Provider remains the source of truth; Orbit does not directly write events back to it.

Health stays on device

The Free Wellbeing home contains optional manual mood, energy and body-comfort check-ins. They remain encrypted in app-private no-backup storage, separate from Android Calendar and outside this local website. Orbit is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent a medical condition.

Photos and preferences

A day memory keeps a persistent local reference to one photo selected through Android's document picker. Orbit does not silently copy or upload the original photo.

Calendar events, titles, locations and calendar choices.
Wellbeing reflections and local history.
Photo references and captions.
Usage analytics or advertising identifiers in the current Android release.

Advertising and consent

Free may show two clearly labelled inline advertisements: one after the Week cards and one in Agenda after seven events. Orbit never supplies calendar, photo or Wellbeing data to the advertising SDK.

Where required, Orbit completes the applicable privacy choice before requesting an advertisement. Google Mobile Ads and its consent tools may process consent signals, IP address, device or advertising identifiers and diagnostics for ad delivery, frequency, security and fraud prevention according to the user’s choice and Google’s policies.

Publisher and requests

Orbit is published by OrbitViva Studio. The public support contact will be the verified address shown in the Google Play listing. Do not include calendar titles, Wellbeing information, photographs or other sensitive content in a support request.
